My alarm did not ring
Check that Rise still has permission to set alarms, in the iPhone Settings app under Rise. Alarms ring in Silent mode and through Focus, but not when the phone is off or the battery is empty. If it still did not ring, email us the date, time and your iOS version.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the Rise Pro screen, for example from the upgrade option in Rise's Settings, and tap Restore at the bottom. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.
How do I cancel the free trial or subscription?
In the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Rise. Cancel at least a day before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Rise shows the days left in its own Settings too.
How do I move Rise to a new iPhone?
Turn on iCloud backup in Rise's Settings on the old phone. On the new iPhone, signed in to the same Apple Account, install Rise and tap Restore from Backup when it offers it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
