Rise stores your routine data, settings, and streak history locally on your device using SwiftData. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud container — only you can access it. We do not have access to your personal data.
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand how people use the app so we can make it better. All data is anonymous. No personal identifiers are collected.
Analytics can be disabled in Settings at any time.
Rise can optionally integrate with Apple Health to:
Health data stays on your device and is accessed through Apple's HealthKit framework. We never see, collect, or transmit your health data. You can revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings.
Notifications and alarms are handled entirely on your device using Apple's notification and AlarmKit systems. No notification data is sent to external servers.
Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Period.
Rise does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require an account or any personal information to function.
