This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Emils Ozols ("Developer") and governs your use of Rise ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is licensed to you, not sold, for use on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Rise offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App may collect anonymous technical and usage data to improve the product. This data does not personally identify you and can be disabled in Settings.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profits arising from your use of the App. In no event shall the Developer's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles. For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
